Ingredient Sourcing and Quality Control

We work exclusively with pre-qualified vendors who meet our established quality specifications. When ingredients arrive at our facility, they are quarantined and undergo inspection and testing before being released for production. Every lot is tracked through our systems with strict lot control so every ingredient in your product is fully traceable from source to finished product.

Production and Process Controls

Once your formula is confirmed and ingredients are qualified, production begins under documented GMP-compliant procedures that control every variable affecting product quality and consistency.

Every batch is produced according to established standard operating procedures. In-process monitoring and testing confirm that production parameters are being met throughout manufacturing. Detailed batch records document every step so your product is fully traceable and accountable at every stage.

Our facility holds GMP registration, NSF certification, SQF certification, APHIS registration, and ISO 17025 accreditation. We are also a founding member of the National Animal Supplement Council. Finished Product Testing and Release

Before any product leaves our facility, it is tested against established specifications for identity, potency, purity, and safety. Only products that meet all release criteria are approved for shipment.

Our team reviews every label for regulatory compliance before it goes to print. This includes verifying supplement facts panel formatting, ingredient nomenclature, claim language, and all required regulatory disclosures. For animal supplement products, this review also covers species-specific labeling requirements and NASC guidelines.
