Red brings a dynamic blend of military discipline, corporate leadership, and industry experience that aligns perfectly with Uckele’s long-standing commitment to quality, innovation, and integrity.
For more than six decades, Uckele has been a trusted partner in nutritional supplement contract manufacturing, serving brands in both human and animal health. As demand for science-backed, GMP-compliant nutrition continues to grow, Red’s leadership will play a key role in guiding our next phase of operational excellence and expansion.
A Proven Leader with a Passion for People and Performance
Before joining Uckele, Turner built a distinguished career that began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served two combat tours and led extensive training operations. His dedication to teamwork and accountability carried into the corporate world, where he held leadership roles at L’Oréal USA, NIKE Inc., and The J.M. Smucker Company.
In these roles, he oversaw critical initiatives across training, safety, logistics, and manufacturing, always with a focus on driving efficiency while protecting quality. In the private sector, Red has also held senior management positions in the sports nutrition and supplement industries, helping organizations scale responsibly while maintaining their core values.
