Prices - All prices are subject to change and will be invoiced at prices prevailing at the time of shipment.
Payment Policy - All orders shipped are sent prepaid. Orders picked up at our location are prepaid.
Delivery Policy - Typical delivery occurs on standard business days, Monday through Friday. There are certain holidays that carriers do not pick up or deliver.
As long as we have the products in stock, your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. In most cases it will take 2-6 business days (depending on the destination) from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day your order is placed, for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.

Damaged Merchandise
Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive an opened or damaged parcel, inspect it in the presence of the carrier. Have the driver note "damage" on the delivery sheet. Contact your local U.P.S. office so they can send a representative to inspect the package immediately. Then, call our office and give us your name and invoice number.
In ALL cases of damage, the parcel must be inspected at the point of delivery to the customer. If this procedure is not followed, UPS or Uckele cannot be held liable for a claim on the damaged merchandise. UPS will, in turn, notify Uckele of the damage and replacement can then be made. If the carrier was not UPS, follow the same guidelines as the carrier used.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused portion and your receipt within 365 days of the sale date for a complete refund or exchange (excluding any shipping and handling charges). Uckele will not reimburse for return shipping.
