Hoof Conditioning Salve is a potent formula in base of Pure Olive Oil and Unrefined Beeswax infused with herbs and essential oils. Comfrey Leaf helps support coronary band cell multiplication in the production of hoof horn, and helps maintain healthy tissue moisture and suppleness. Healthy circulation, cellular turnover and antioxidant action are supported by Calendula Flower and Rosemary Essential Oil. Lavender Essential Oil and Flower support good circulation to the hoof.
Due to the high content of essential oils in Zephyr's Hoof Health Salve, some horses might be too sensitive for it to be applied to their skin. Also, please don't apply to an open wound, as it may sting your horse.
Directions: Apply as often as needed to areas of the hoof that need conditioning. Rub directly onto coronary band to support healthy circulation. Can be applied directly to cracked heel bulbs.
